Big pizza energy. Small-batch soul.

Wild Rise started with Natalie Perry’s love of making great pizza at home. Her goal is an elevated homemade pizza night that feels special without starting from scratch.

The dough ferments slowly, the sauces are made from scratch, and every kit is built to take the work out of getting started with sourdough and leave the fun in.

Before you get floury

Do I need a pizza oven?

No. A regular home oven works with a pizza stone, baking steel or sheet pan. Follow the instructions that come with your order.

Do I need sourdough experience?

No. There’s no starter to keep alive, and the kits include guidance to get you going.

How do I order?

Order on Hotplate. Orders go live every Friday and close Monday evening. Subscribe to text updates there so you don’t miss a drop.

When is pickup and delivery?

Pickup is in Meridian, and delivery goes around the valley. Both happen on Thursdays, and most weeks on Friday mornings too. The Friday schedule can shift around holidays and Natalie’s schedule, so check Hotplate for each week’s pickup and delivery options.

How long does everything keep?

Pizza dough keeps 7–10 days in the fridge — the longer it sits, the tangier it gets. Cookie dough is good for a week in the fridge or 2 months frozen. Pizza kits are best used within 5 days.

Can I buy Wild Rise in stores?

Yes. The shop finder lists the stores that carry Wild Rise. Each one stocks a different selection, and Hotplate has the full menu.

The crust is the whole point.
